Developing friendships and experiencing community living with fellow students in a stimulating community setting is a valuable source of personal growth during collegiate years. Chaminade provides residence halls on and off campus as a way to bring together diverse learners from around the globe and provide a home away from home for hundreds of residents who live with us each year. These unique residential experiences offer opportunities for social, cultural, and intellectual exchanges that complement the classroom experience.

Through community-building, educational, & social activities hosted by Resident Assistants, Residence Life & Housing and community partners the campus living experience is a significant feature of the overall Chaminade experience.
New students who would like to live in university housing are encouraged to apply online and submit a non-refundable $300.00 housing deposit once they are admitted to Chaminade University.
Applicants will need their Chaminade student identification number and activated Chaminade.edu email to access the form. Students submitting a completed housing agreement, deposit, and health forms by June 15th will be offered priority for university housing assignments.
After June 15th, spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
All students living in residence halls must show proof of health insurance before receiving a housing assignment.
The housing renewal application for the next academic year becomes available for current students each spring semester.
