Concentrations:
Educational Leadership The Educational Leadership concentration prepares experienced education professionals for administrative positions in K-12 or higher education. This concentration provides a practical and dynamic setting to develop action-oriented leaders that can create person-centered learning communities and promote social justice and positive change.
Indigenous Leadership The Indigenous Leadership concentration focuses on preparing leaders within indigenous populations, particularly Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders.
Systems Leadership The Systems Leadership concentration explores the strategic management of communication and information in an organizational setting. This concentration emphasizes public relations and digital security to navigate complex information environments, build trust, and lead secure, effective communication strategies.
Resource Leadership The Resource Leadership concentration offers an interdisciplinary approach on preparing leaders to navigate complexity, drive sustainable change, and design effective policies in dynamic environments. Grounded in principles of sustainability and policy design, this concentration emphasizes systems thinking, collaborative problem-solving and strategic vision.
